The legacy of Song Fa started in 1969 with a humble pushcart, where their founder, Mr Yeo Eng Song, served piping hot bowls of this traditional Teochew dish. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh has since prospered and has 10 outlets locally, and many more overseas. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh has been a go-to food destination for Singaporeans and tourists.
However, with the crowd Song Fa Bak Kut Teh draws, operation efficiency became almost as important as serving the best quality dishes in order to provide the best dining experience for their guests, as they always do.
