SOLVED: Receipt Printing Issues Caused By AImazing device
Recently, quite a number of merchants have been approached by AImazing to link up a CRM device with the shop POS system. We have received feedback that some of you may experience intermittent printing issues since installing AImazing’s USB device to your MEGAPOS.
Solution
- Disconnect the AImazing device from your MEGAPOS and reboot the POS system. Your receipt printing should be back to normal. This would help isolate the issue.
- You may also call AImazing support line(number on device) and request to re-install their driver so that it won’t cause a conflict to USB port usage.
